News Travel Taiwan-Netherlands per December 2021
As of December, all passengers from outside the Schengen/EU to the Netherlands (including fully vaccinated and rehabilitated persons) must present a negative COVID icon test certificate.
This provision applies to passengers entering the Netherlands from Taiwan. The inspection report can be a PCR proof within a few hours before departure to the Netherlands.

From December 22, 2021, all travelers traveling from outside Schengen/EU (back) to the Netherlands must demonstrate a negative COVID-19 test result, including those who have been fully vaccinated or recovered.
This rule applies to travelers from Taiwan to the Netherlands. This test result can be a PCR test of a maximum of 48 hours before departure to the Netherlands.
